I ate a number one, I've had 2 different instances where it has made me sick, 2 different locations but this is the most recent. Ate it at 230, felt discomfort and pain in the side, felt bile rising in my throat... Could not throw up due to where I was..By 5 it was flowing from me like liquid  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bile

I ate two Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers with no tomatoes on Friday 2/17/17 from this Wendy's location at about 2:30pm. It had been the only thing I'd eaten all day. A couple hours later all my symptoms began. 100 degree fever, diarrhea and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
