I had a #2 around 8pm by 2am I was woken up with intense stomach pains by 3am I was throwing up violently and I was experiencing severe diarrhea. Later on throughout the day I had a fever of 101. This is the second time I've gotten sick from Wendy's  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever

My strongest guess is e.coli but a double cheese burger and large fry at around 6 or 7 and woke up at around 2am and vomited at least every 30 or 45 minutes, sweat profusely before vomiting and had diarrhea so bad it was like water. Yes I cried a bit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

January 15th bought Wendy's number #2 double cheeseburger meal with small frosty and medium fries. Purchased at 5:50pm started feeling ill by 8pm. Vomited at least once every hour until January 16th at 7pm (nearly 24 hours).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
