I went to Wendy's yesterday at around 6:45pm to grab something to eat. An hour later i felt sick and vomited everything i ate at Wendy's. And i continued to feel sick the entire night and I couldn't keep water down until 11am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate at Wendy's at around midnight and by 5:30 AM I had bad abdominal pains and diarrhea. It continued through the night. Wendy's was the only thing I ate in the second half of the day, so I have no doubt in my mind that it is what made me so sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Today on 1/23/16 at 6:30pm. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget, junior bacon cheeseburger and a medium strawberry lemonade. About 1 1/2 hours later I felt nauseous then quickly vomited it up.
