Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: Wendy’s chicken nuggets
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: I had Wendy’s chicken nuggets and have felt awful for the past 24 hours with liquid diarrhea and vomiting
