My son and sister had Wetzel Bitz around 4pm. By 9pm my sister was vomiting and my son started the next day. Both have also had fever and diarrhea for over 48 hours now.
Monday evening  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

I had the pretzel bites, husband had same with cheese sauce.

I woke up at about 2 am with the worst abdominal cramping, and horrible diarrhea. I’ve had diarrhea about 4 times today and stomach cramping on and off. My husband has diarrhea as well. A bit of nausea no vomiting, loss of appetite.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Loss of Appetite

I ate small pretzel bites today and it was the only thing I ate as a snack at around 1 o clock a couple of hours later I got a really bad headache and still went out. I was lightheaded and my stomach turned through the night  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Lightheaded

I bought the pepperoni bites and a lemonade . Turns out i started to feel horrible after kept me up all night throwing up very nauseated just vomiting until i started to vomit acid and i had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
