Kickin chicken sandwich, was severely ill with nausea, vomiting, fever, and diarrhea. Was hospitalized and prescribed antibiotics for bacteria in my body and had to have fluids because was so dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

On 2/26/19, my mother & I both ordered carryout of 2 Cobb salads,with fried chicken tenders, @ approximately 10:25 a.m.. Symptons: vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps and sweating began on 2/27/19, @ approx, 9p.m.,non-stop all through the night and morning. Tried the new Caribbean Jerk Chicken Boneless Wing 10 piece and spicy mushrooms (2/1/2019). About 3 hours later got dizzy, lightheaded, almost passed out, heart rate went up drastically, then vomited profusely, still feeling weak the follow day.
