I had a free sandwich meal so I got the chicken salad. An hour after eating it my stomach was upset and later on that night I was vomiting pieces of the chicken salad. I didn't eat anything the rest of the day after going to Zaxby's so I know for sure it was the sandwich.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered Kickin Chicken Sandwich meal with a Coke and fries. Nausea kicked in and 5 hours later had sudden diarrhea and vomiting constantly. No other food was eaten between the time I had Zaxbys and the time I fell ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My son ate boneless wings. He said his stomach hurt about 2 hours after. He started to vomit and have diarrhea. He is very ill and I am close to taking him to the ER  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had boneless wings and things, sweet and sour sauce. Also an order of fried cheddar bites. I had it around 12pm. The symptoms started the next day around 2pm. I had real bad stomach cramps, nausea, server diarrhea and, occasional vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
