18 日星期五晚上 10 点左右，我吃了无骨翅膀（烧烤和大蒜帕尔马干酪）和 mac&Cheese。感觉很好，几个小时后上床睡觉了。我早上 10 点左右醒来，不得不跑到洗手间呕吐。那是它开始的时候。如果水不回来，我就无法喝一口。我试过服用 Pepto bismol 来安抚胃部，但也出现了。没有腹泻只是极度恶心和呕吐。持续到周日下午 1 点。我现在感觉好多了，只是虚弱而且有点头晕。

Ate the ultimate nachos Saturday night and woke up Sunday morning feeling awful with the urge to vomit. 24 hours later I feel better, at least.
