I ordered vegetable bawl on 4/7/19 lunchtime and got so sick after 3 hrs. I threw up seven times and haven’t had any food or water for last 18 hrs ..

Ate salad with chicken, white rice, hot sauce, cheese, guacamole & chips. Got upset stomach minutes after finishing. Ate about 1/2 meal. Still sick a day later.
