2017 年 7 月 4 日星期二，我在 Chipotle 吃了一个鸡肉卷饼作为午餐。我正在回大学城的路上，那天晚上感觉不够好吃晚饭。我有腹泻，从晚上 11 点到凌晨 4 点呕吐。我吃了佳得乐和饼干 2 天还有恶心和腹泻。7 月 7 日星期五晚上，我吃了一些鸡汤然后把它扔了起来。7 月 8 日星期六早上，我去了贝勒斯科特和怀特医院的急诊室。诊断为胃肠炎。医生怀疑食物中毒。我脱水了，接受了静脉注射和药物治疗。我共同支付的医院账单是 796.33 美元。

I ate at Chipotle at 7pm on April 2nd. Ordered a bowl with white rice.. Peppers.. Double chicken.. Guacamole and lettuce. Drank tapped water at the restaurant.
Woke up today at 5am.. Puking and having Diarrea.. I am super nauseous it's been 4 hours I can't stop…
