Chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajitas, corn, hot and mild salsa. Woke up in the middle of the night to horrendous stomach cramps and nausea. Got up this morning and have had frequent diarrhea since 6:30am

Ate chipotle at around 11:00 am on 03/27 and starting feeling sick almost immediately like about an hour after. The whole day I was feeling nauseous and I didn’t throw up that same food until like 8-9:00 pm. It literally stayed in my stomach till I was able to throw it up.

About 4 yrs ago I got sick for about 3 days with diarrhea and nausea . I don’t usually call but it was really really bad and when I called the manager said sorry know one else has gotten sick .

Ate a chicken burrito yesterday afternoon from Chipotle, woke up this morning extremely nauseous. Have been vomiting with diarrhea all day.
