Got yesterday for dinner and didn’t finish it. Woke up with a headache, was hungry so I finished my bowl and now I’m on the bathroom floor trying not to move because if I do I’ll be sick, Only I got sick or of the 3 of us that ate from there. I had corn salsa on my bowl and no ond.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Headache

Chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, fajitas, corn, hot and mild salsa. Woke up in the middle of the night to horrendous stomach cramps and nausea. Got up this morning and have had frequent diarrhea since 6:30am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Chipotle Meal: Immediate Illness

Ate chipotle at around 11:00 am on 03/27 and starting feeling sick almost immediately like about an hour after. The whole day I was feeling nauseous and I didn’t throw up that same food until like 8-9:00 pm. It literally stayed in my stomach till I was able to throw it up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
