2021 年 8 月 31 日，我和另外两个人一起去了这个地方。我有一个鸡碗，里面有白米饭、平托豆、辣椒、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜。我是我组中唯一一个生病的人。吃饭后不久我有腹泻。第二天早晨（2021 年 9 月 1 日）我醒来了头晕和恶心以及全身寒战。我回到睡觉，醒来了剧烈的恶心、呕吐、发烧、出汗、头痛，一整天都有胃痉挛、虚弱和疲劳，伴随着这些症状。

I went to Chipotle yesterday at around 7pm. Got sick at 9pm and it just got worse from there.
I love Chipotle still. Maybe the meat wasn't cooked enough I don't know. But please fix the issue because I love Chipotle. Thanks again. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
