10 月 2 日星期一晚上我从 Chipotle 那里拿了一个碗（鸡肉、平托豆、生菜、pico、酸奶油、奶酪、鳄梨调味酱）吃了它，但不到 2 小时就病得很厉害。严重症状持续了大约 12 个小时，又持续了 24 小时才完全恢复。在吃食物之前我绝对没事，我是一名医疗保健提供者，完全知道什么是食物中毒，而且我肯定得了食物中毒！

I went recently and ordered the bowl with chicken and became violently ill that night. i was vomiting severely and was incredibly nauseous. the service was awful and it took forever to get my food too. the staff seemed checked out while they were preparing my food…

Eat a half chicken / half steak salad with the vinegar dressing. Within two hours my stomach was cramping and I was nauseous. I have thrown up three times already over the next five hours
