这发生在去年八月左右（？）。下午 3 点左右吃了墨西哥卷饼（牛排、温和的莎莎酱、酸奶油、生菜），整天感觉还不错。晚上随机醒来，可能是凌晨 1 点 3 点，弹丸背靠背呕吐了两次。差点把我的整块地毯都覆盖了在我抽泣的时候妈妈强迫我把所有东西都清理干净，我快要从我所处的巨大痛苦中昏倒过来了。那天晚上最后随机又呕吐了 2 次，我得整晚都在浴室地板上睡觉。

I ordered a carnitas burrito with pinto beans, cheese, mild salsa and corn. Within about an hour of eating it I started feeling ill and 4 hours later I'm still feeling nausea and I have diarrhea.
