我在 2022 年 12 月在这家餐厅吃过饭。我吃了基本的沙拉、鸡肉和水。回到家后，我的胃部剧烈疼痛和严重的腹泻。2023 年 2 月我又在同一家餐厅吃了同样的饭，又吃了完全一样的饭，又出现了完全一样的症状，这让我病得很重。我怀疑沙拉和使用亚硫酸盐来保持其新鲜。

我只吃了优步我是唯一一个家庭里没有人吃过的魔法。今天发生了。抽筋腹泻然后我扔掉我只吃了一些不是很多但是今天我吃的只是东西我吃了更多的蛤蜊意大利面

We all had the Caesar salad. We had separate pasta dishes. Three people got sick. Symptoms started around 4 am on Monday, August 3.

All I had was a small serving of their deconstructed Caesar salad and croutons. I had a small handful of romaine lettuce, croutons and about 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing. Food was catered to Red Cross donator appreciation event on Vancouver ave in Portland Or at 4:30 4/18/18
