- comments: observed 30 mice droppings scattered on the shelving inside the storage cadinet underneath the serving line. Must remove droppings, sanitize affected area. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a).
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean the interior bottom shelving of the reach in freezer in the dining area and the interior of dairy cooler on the serving line,to remove spills and/or debris. Also clean the floors inside the walk in cooler to remove spills and debris.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed the hot water pressure at the hand sinks in the teachers washroom very low. Must provide better pressure for proper hand washing.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed the outside dumpsters in poor repair (missing lids) and over flowing with trash and debris. Instructed manager to repair/replace lids and maintain garbage below the rim line to prevent possible access to food source for pests. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(b)
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed holes and openings along the wall base back wall in the dining area. Instructed manager to seal all holes and opening to prevent possible entry points for pests
