Yesterday at 4pm I ate carnitas, white rice, black beans, guac, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. I woke up with nausea and diarrhea. I have been incredibly nauseous all day. I'm hoping to throw up just to feel better. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
