Yesterday For dinner I ordered veggie bowl with brown rice , place and pinto beans , corn salsa , hot salsa , lettuce and fajita mix . Asked for a lemon and side of chips Everything looked clean not sure what went wrong .this morning I woke up feeling extremely nauseous , vomited all morning had diarrhea all morning | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
