I ate at Chipotle in Westgate Arizona on 9/25 at approximately 6pm. Within two hours of eating I did begin to have a stomach ache. By 9/25 at 11pm I had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and a fever. My stomach hurt tremendously. I continued to vomit all night long along with diarrhea and a fever. At chipotle I ate a salad with brown rice, pinto beans, steak, medium salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. I was concerned about the meal when i took a bite and it just didn't taste right. I only ate 1/2-3/4 of it because immediately I was concerned that I was going to get food poisoning. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
