Report date: May 5, 202610. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed the handwashing sink next to the main prep line grill area not accessible for use. Hand sink being blocked by a large garbage can in front of said hand sink while food handlers were actively prepping/cooking foods at this time. Instructed manager, handwashing sinks must be accessible for employees to wash hands at all times. Manager removed. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030 (c), violation consolidated with the above citation.

- comments: observed no handpaper towels provided at handwashing sink next to the main prep line grill area while food handlers actively prepping/cooking foods during this inspection. Instructed to provide and maintain paper towels at all handwashing sinks at all times. Manager provided. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c), citation issued.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed the low temperature dishmachine in the rear dishwashing area (not-in-use) at this time of inspection;final sanitizing rinse at "0" ppm chlorine concentration. Instructed manager to repair and maintain. The said dishmachine is tagged "held for inspection" at this time. A mechanical dishwashing machines should provide a final sanitizing rinse of either 50 – 100 ppm chlorine (for chemical sanitizing machine) or 180f final rinse (for hot water sanitizing machine). (** see comments below). Priority violation 7-38-025, no citation issued.
61. Summary report displayed and visible to the public
- comments: previous inspection report summary from (12/01/2025) was not displayed visible to the customers. Today's inspection report summary was issued and must be displayed and visible to the public at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-42-010 (b), citation issued.
