- comments: must provide hand washing signage at each hand sink and wash bowl sink in restrooms.

- comments: must label all bulk food containers with common name of it's contents(such as bread plastic container).

- comments: must install splash guards on 2 hand sinks in 2 prep areas to prevent contamination. Must maintain same.

- comments: observed leak at faucet of 3 compartment sink in kitchen. Must repair and maintain same.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed waste water backing up in 2 basins as 3rd basin is drained in 3 compartment sink in kitchen. Must repair to allow all waste water to be properly drained, without backing up into other basins. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued. Operator repaired during inspection.

- comments: observed waste water rising up from drains in 2 basins as water is running into 3rd basin in bar 3 compartment sink. Observed waste water leaking directly onto floor from left basin of bar 3 compartment sink. Must repair to allow all waste water to properly drain into all drains without backing up into other basins, or leaking on to floor without backing up into other basins. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). See above violation 5-402. 13 for citation.

- comments: observed excessive grease and food debris on floors behind/under cooking equipment. Must detail clean and sanitize.
