- comments: observed the following in need of cleaning: bottom of table holding grill to remove rust observed, bottom area of fryers, exterior surfaces of grill and fryers, area under grill, fan covers inside of walk-in cooler to remove dust observed, bulk storage containers and can opener blade at rear prep table; clean and maintain.

- comments: observed a leak in the grease trap. Must repair and maintain. Also repair splash guard on the rear hand sink.
