10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed food handler topping off coffee drink(s) over the handwashing sink with excess coffee dripping into the handwashing sink at the frontline area. Instructed that handwashing sink(s) usage is strictly for handwashing only and must be accessible for handwashing. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed ice machine located near the rear of the facility with a build-up of black dirt/scum over the ice cubes stored below in ice bin. Instructed to remove ice then clean and sanitize the interior of the bin. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued

- comments: observed no ambient air thermometers inside the reach freezers units. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed food storage containers without labels containing the common name of foods. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed scoops for dry storage containers being stored directly inside of the food container. Instructed to store properly between usage.
