Healthy Male age 12yrs 3mos ate 3/4 of a "mini" sized pizza "Space Cowboy" with ingredients listed as "Roast, Ham or Chicken, BBQ Sauce, Red Onions, Cilantro and Aged Mozzerella" [sic] approximately 5:30pm dine in at the restaurant. By 8:30pm started feeling nauseous and at 9pm began violent projectile vomiting. He vomited approximately every 45 minutes, 5 times in total. The last vomit episode was at 12:45am. Diarrhea once at approximately 11:30pm and again about 10 hours later at 9:15am.9:30am, approximately 15-16 hours after ingestion, young male able to consume small bites of banana, dry cereal, sips of water. No overt fever symptoms or other symptoms at this time.
Adult Female 50 also ate at restaurant a "mini" pizza with sausage mushroom and tomato NO CHEESE and has not showed any symptoms. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧
