- comments: observed evidence of rodent activity on the premises. Observed approximately 20 mouse droppings in various locations: along the walls in the washroom, dishroom under 3 compartment sink and prep table, on red shelf in kitchen. Instructed to remove all rodent droppings and sanitize all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed cutting board at rear food prep area with deep cuts and stains. Instructed to restore to a smooth and easy to clean surface by sanding and resealing or replace and maintain to prevent potentional cross-contamination.
50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot water on premises. Hot water is not observed at the following sinks: dishroom handsink (no running water), kitchen handsink (61. 2 f) and washroom handsink (76. 3 f), and 3-compartment sink (65. 7 f). Plumber arrived on site during inspection and restored hot water on premises. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
