- comments: observed raw wood shelving in rear storage area. Instructed manager to seal all raw wood surfaces to make smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: observed outside garbage area not maintained. Dumpster overflowing with trash and lids not tight fitting. Instructed manager to clean and maintain outside garbage area. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued
