我连续两天吃了肯德基我丈夫和他的家人第二天也吃了它我婆婆感觉不舒服我昨晚吃了鸡肉，现在是下午 3 点左右我猛烈地呕吐，头晕的肯德基需要报告所有头晕的肯德基需要报告他们在卖生病的鸡  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕

我在 2017 年 10 月 17 日晚上 10 点 30 分左右订购了双层芝士汉堡和薯条。大约 6 小时后，我醒来时腹痛和发烧。第二天我还在经历寒战、恶心和发烧。麦当劳一直是一个漠不关心和不卫生的设施，员工粗心。

I had a Big Mac meal with fries on Saturday evening .. woke up the next morning to extreme nausea, vomiting & a fever.
