Me my father and mother went to costco yesterday, we had multiple samples, but one only me and my father had and me and him now have food poisoning, it was a cheese pizza sample. I am not lactose intolerant but he is, and we both are still sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

9 月 11 日下午 6 点至 6 点 30 分左右吃了羊肉晚餐，还喝了一些氯化程度很高的水。午夜 12 点至 12 点 30 分左右开始呕吐。呕吐，然后是胃部剧烈疼痛和头痛。没有腹泻。晚餐由朋友支付，所以收据上没有我的名字。  | 症状: 恶心, 头痛, 胃痛, 腹泻
