Me my father and mother went to costco yesterday, we had multiple samples, but one only me and my father had and me and him now have food poisoning, it was a cheese pizza sample. I am not lactose intolerant but he is, and we both are still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Sept. 11/17 Ate lamb dinner around 6 - 6:30pm, also drank some water which was quite chlorinated. Started vomiting around 12 - 12:30 midnight. Vomiting followed by sharp pains in stomach and headache. No diarrhea. Dinner paid for by a friend so my name not on receipt.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
