我在 2 月 9 日的 8 月 8 日和朋友们一起吃过饭。那天晚些时候我醒来不吃午饭，在来之前我只有水。在我的朋友群中，我是唯一一个吃过生鲑鱼的人。大约 7 小时后我醒来呕吐。这种情况又持续了 10 个小时，直到医院的急诊医生看过我。我接受了用于化疗患者的抗恶心药物治疗，然后是砾石。我每 15-30 分钟就会呕吐一次。什么都没出现的时候真是太糟糕了。我有液体、黄色、粘液性腹泻以及肌肉酸痛和疼痛。我开始发冷，所有的呕吐都失去了声音。医院说我不是唯一一个从那家餐厅进来的人医生说她只去伯灵顿的住所，她有太多病人抱怨他们在詹姆斯上游的位置。我已经尝试过两次通过电子邮件联系餐厅，因为我的喉咙还很生。没有回应。

I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with greek salad, rice, and they gave me fries instead of potatoes. The food arrived around 7:30 pm on Sunday November 18th, I finished eating around 8:00 pm; symptoms began around 8:30 pm with diahrea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

SundayAug.5,2018 ate at Kings Buffet.
ate a variety of foods,normaly I have a cast iron stomach.
3 am I had sh*t the bed , violent diarrhea, never slept the rest of the night,on the toilet every half hour ,still sick on Tuesday.  | 症状: 腹泻

今天下午吃了午饭巨无霸餐... 大约 20 分钟后开车回家开始出现胃痉挛不好。几个小时后感到恶心，此后出现了严重的腹泻。再也不会在那里吃东西了  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
