我住在 Riu Republica。星期天，我在外面有炸鸡。大约 4 小时后，我在回家的航班上开始生病。我有严重的腹部痉挛和深色腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

我在 2017 年 6 月 21 日生病了。这是我在这个全包式度假胜地度假六天的第四天。过去两天我生病了，我在度假村现场看到了一名医生。我得到了抗生素和其他一些药物。这减少了我的发烧，但胃痛、恶心、大便松等仍在继续。当我回到美国的时候，严重并发症后，我住院了 10 天。我需要输血。酒店一直非常没有帮助。

I had food from an off shore snorkeling excursion while on a cruise, I figured out I got sick from the Cole Slaw, it was the only thing my partner didn't eat and he didn't get sick. I experienced diarrhea at first and then vomiting. Have had diarrhea for 4 days now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate Wendy's chilli at airport in punta Cana airport on Sunday feb 5th I got horribly ill stomach spasms, fever, diarrhea. I'm still ill as of today Tuesday feb 7th. I've missed 2 days of work as an RN.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
