我和妻子在 9 月 19 日吃了牛肉鞑靼。进食后大约相隔 20 分钟，我们俩都出现了严重的腹泻。我们在那里吃饭。9/18 我们吃了金枪鱼，（9/19 早餐和 9/19 牛肉鞑靼。我们俩都在星期五晚上 9 点 20 点左右开始腹泻。从晚上 10 点到凌晨 6 点我们都有严重的腹泻。我的妻子不得不去医院，因为她严重脱水并接受了静脉注射。我们不知道塔塔尔的意思是 “RAW” 肉，就像从来没有订购过的那样。酒店否认这是食物中毒，因为他们说厨师说，食物中毒会导致我们在 4 小时内生病，而不是一天后。在接下来的两天里，我们俩都有 8 个小时的腹泻，然后是头痛以及肠道和胃痉挛。除了牛肉鞑靼以外，没有其他中毒来源。
