在 Preggo 享用周日早午餐自助餐。吃过牡蛎、大虾、面包、奶酪、意大利面。还有卡布奇诺咖啡、水、西瓜汁。自早午餐（3.5 小时前）开始出现 3 次腹泻，呕吐一次，仍然感觉像呕吐。肚子和关节疼痛。现在非常虚弱。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点, 胃痛, 关节疼痛

Bought a whole cake chocolate indulgence from Secret Recipe on 30 April 2019 night. When we ate the cake the next day the cake tasted sour. My 3 years old son is now having diarrhoea after eating the cake  | 症状: 腹泻
