2017 年 12 月 20 日，我吃了一个橙色的鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭和炒面。两个酱油和一个辣酱。食用 2 个小时后，我开始感到恶心然后呕吐。我有震动、发冷和发烧。一个小时后我开始腹泻，身体疼痛  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

My husband and I both became severely ill after consuming dairy products. We both had severe diarrhea and became dehydrated. The resort was of no help. We only ate at the resort during our whole stay.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

My wife and I both arrived here at the hotel on 5/14 and on Thursday night we went to Coba buffet and had dinner and that night I woke up with severe cramps and had diarrhea and vomiting now on the 2nd day!!!! My wife's symptoms just started last night and she has all of the same symptoms I do.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
