I had a nacho supreme without sour cream add lettuce at 1:30 pm. Around 7 pm I had severe stomach cramps followed by explosive diarrhea. Felt horrible and couldn't lift my head off the pillow for the next 4 hrs.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
