下班后我在餐厅停下来点了鸡肉三明治和水果杯，我犹豫不决要停下来，因为现在是 8 到 9 点左右，感觉快要关门了。没有台词。我点了食物，扫描了我的奖励二维码，然后回家了。之后。我吃了食物我看了一点电影，洗了个澡，然后上床睡觉了。我只吃了鸡肉三明治；里面加了番茄和生菜。我没吃水果。凌晨 2 点 3 点左右我的胃很痛。我病得很重，出汗了，我得了严重的腹泻。这种情况持续了一整夜，而且还在继续。但是腹泻已经减缓了，但现在我的大便里有血，我的胃还在抽筋。我断断续续地吃辣椒昨晚我头痛得难以忍受。我喜欢 chick-fil-a 很惊讶我在那里吃东西生病了。也许那是一批不好的鸡肉。我将在那里待一会儿。我在 3 月 23 日花了 10.82 美元。我用我的 Visa 卡付款。

Breakfast burrito there. Ate at 9:30 on 11/30 and started feeling nauseated at 7pm same day and be gain throwing up at 10pm same day. Diarrhea Started the morning of 12/1

My husband had chocolate milkshake and I had cookies and cream. Bought as dessert 6/19/17 evening. We both developed diarrhea which lasted all the next day.

6-17-17 had lunch around 12:30. Within a few hours started having stomach cramps. The on with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever and chills. I am having a hard time standing up straight due to stomach cramping. Not knocking Chick-fil-a. I love that place. But the nuggets did have…
