Ordered a cod sandwich around 430 about 2 hrs later my stomach was hurting followed with diarrhea the. Vomit. That night around 3 am i had to continue to go to the bathroom watery stool. Now it’s 633 am the next day and it starting to calm down. Still feel stomach pain  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

Salmon I was the only one who got sick. About 2 maybe 3 hours after we got home I was laying down felt sick got up and had diarrhea had the trash can cuz I also had to vomit. All night I couldn't sleep. I was sick until the next day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I believe it was from a hot dog there, which is a place we loved to go to frequently. 1 person got sick and then another person cared for sick person and got ill too. 2 people got sick in total with the same symptoms. The illnesses arose 24 hours apart in both individuals.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

It was on Thursday, February 27, 2020, Delta flight catered breakfast DL 3845. Suspect spoiled carton milk or unwashed fresh cut fruit. Nausea and vomiting, but no blood or diarrhea. Severe nausea persisted for three days. My breakfast was at the hotel. However, suspect food was loaded… 更多
