晚上 7 点左右在 3/24 的宜家咖啡厅吃过。订购了带肉汁的火鸡。土耳其的味道像罐头鸡肉和金枪鱼的组合，在丢弃了几口之后。3 月 25 日凌晨 1 点左右醒来恶心，直到 3 月 25 日下午 1 点一直在浴室里腹泻和呕吐。直到今天 3/28，恶心和头晕一直持续到今天，我仍然无法吃正常的食物。
