下午 2 点左右在午休时间去了 chipotle，吃的时候得到了一个装有很多浇头的墨西哥卷饼碗，在我开始恶心并且出汗一个小时后我感觉还不错。我感到非常恶心我开车回家的时候不得不离开工作岗位，差点不得不停下来呕吐。当我回到家时，我洗完澡看看那能否有帮助，而且持续了几分钟然后那种不舒服的感觉变得更糟了，我得了腹泻和胃痛，如果再这样呆一天它还没消失我要去医院。
