2017 年 9 月 16 日我在 Chipotle 吃了。24 小时后我生病了。我是通过救护车去急诊所的。实验室结果志贺毒素样大肠杆菌。我的身体太虚弱了，花了 4 个星期才能可靠地消化任何不平淡的东西。我与 Chipotle 家庭办公室进行了交谈，被告知同一天在那个地方吃饭后没有其他人抱怨过。
我看过我的初级保健医生和一位胃肠病学家。

Bit into something hard. Spit out immediately on paper napkin then found a sharp small glass pebble! I had a vegetarian salad bowl which included only lettuce, black beans, sour cream and guacamole.  | 症状: 腹泻
