My 12 year old daughter has vomited for the 10th time after having eating a chicken Sandwich in McDonalds about 10 hours ago. she has been vomiting all nigh now diarrhea has followed  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I bought a 10 piece family feast which included 4 sides - we ordered 2 corn on cobs, a coleslaw and a chicken gravy to accompany our meal. Little did we realise after sharing the coleslaw that it was 2 days out of date! My partner and I are disgusted, this is extremely dangerous  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

ordered chicken burger and cheese burger...over one hr wait..food was cold. probably sitting at the heater in deliv car growing bacteria. gf now has diahorrea vomiting and temperature!!!! i feel sick too. disgusting limp car heated lettuce that was soggy prob had listeria or burgers off!!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Chicken Royale. Ate around 6pm yesterday, soon after felt a bit queasy, subsided for a while but by 11pm I felt awful and was vomiting soon after. Still feel nauseous today and now have diarrhea. NO doubt in my mind it was this burger.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
