我决定在下午吃麦当劳，因为我饿了还没吃东西，所以我吃了四分之一磅的饭（但是我的女朋友反对我吃，因为几周前让她生病了）无论如何我讨厌汉堡，几个小时后，我开始感到恶心，肚子疼。由于腹泻而上厕了一会儿，然后又几个小时后我躺在床上，又开始出现严重的胃痉挛，然后我跳下床跑到厕所生病了，唉我已经迟到了，一直生病到厕所我建议不要从那里再买一个汉堡。
