我吃了一个 3 块鸡肉精选餐和绿洲。然后我吃了一个巧克力 organge mc flurry 和一个双巧克力曲奇。我上周三晚上 7 点左右有这个。星期四我感到恶心，有轻微的胃痉挛。星期五我经历了极度的胃痉挛，同时感到不适和腹泻不好。
