We all had McDonald's breakfast muffins with egg. My daughters friend was round and she took her egg out and gave it to my daughter. All four of us are vomiting and have diarrhea really bad. Her friend has no symptoms. (my daughter) is worse perhaps because she had two eggs  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had double cheese burger and a mayo chicken. Was fine during the night but woke up at 7 and needed to go a toilet went back to bed and laid down then I needed to go a toilet again and while I was sitting on the toilet I had to stand up and turn round and was voilently sick everywhere  | 症状: 呕吐
