吃了生菜卷和 Pepper 博士大约 30-60 分钟后，我病得了暴力。剧烈的胃痉挛、呕吐、出汗、发冷、头痛。第一个小时后似乎有点消退（不再呕吐），但仍然非常不舒服。除了正常的早晨咖啡之外，这是我今天唯一吃过的东西。

午餐时间为 1:30 在斯科茨代尔路的熊猫快车和托马斯吃了上海牛排、橙鸡和蛋卷，30 分钟后，当我开车回去工作时，我开始出现严重的胃痛。我几乎没能恢复工作岗位，在那里我扔了两次。我在医院工作，所以一位护士测量了我的血压然后检查了我，说这可能是食物中毒。

Ordered pretzel bites and onion rings for apps. Then when food came I just ate a bit. Got home had diarrhea.. Didnt think too much of it till I started eating the leftovers.. Then it hit me really bad.... Very bad stomach aches. And diarrhea...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
