Only thing I had all day was the chicken pecan salad. Had it for dinner, all the classic symptoms of food poisoning ensued that night into the following morning-vomiting, nausea, fever, diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate for dinner, woke up with severe stomach cramps. Began projectile vomiting and having diarrhea non stop., 2 of us got sick with diarrhea and vomiting. We were the only 2 that ate the pizza. The pizza looked different than usual but we ate it anyway thinking it was nothing.  | 症状: 呕吐, 抽筋, 腹泻

在食用开始出现腹泻持续了 8 个多小时后 20-30 分钟，购买并吃了冷冻的西兰花小花（是的，一切都煮熟了）。还有剧烈呕吐以及 6 小时后抽筋和脱水  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋, 脱水

My wife and I went through the drive through around 7pm. We both ordered meals. I got the French Dip meal and she got the Chicken Cordon Bleu meal. It to them forever to get our order done. We went home and ate and approximately 3 hours… 更多

Ate at chick-fil-a, 1 person got sick. Ate a chicken sandwich and fries at 6:30pm on 5/4/19. Felt queasy after a few hours, and then began vomiting/diarrhea 5 hours after eating. Vomited 7 times since last night.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻
