went out to a birthday dinner for my father, ordered the chicken tacos with a salad and potato within 30 minutes i was vomiting had stomach cramps a cold sweat and nearly messed my pants before i could reach a restroom which i spent an hour in.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗

2018 年 5 月 18 日消耗了面食。5 月 19 日，由于胃痉挛和腹泻，我在工作时生病了，不得不提早离开。5 月 20 日，我醒来时感觉不错，直到下午凌晨，我因痉挛、腹泻和呕吐、天干而生病，再次卧床不起。第二天我身体虚弱，还有腹泻，但必须去上班。我整个星期都有腹泻和抽筋，几乎吃不了。到周五午夜，我被唤醒到极度抽筋、发烧、寒战。抽筋太严重了，第二天早上我几乎无法走路。我的 GF 带我去了步行诊所然后进行了血液工作。我的白细胞血细胞计数超过 23，医生直接送我去医院的急救室。在 ER 中花了 3 个小时接受测试。他们终于做了 CATSCAN 并说我因为严重的感染影响了我的胆囊而感染了脓毒症。我的外科医生再次确认了 ER 和后来取得的粪便样本表示，我的大便检测呈沙门氏菌定位阳性。在被诊断为脓毒症后，我很快就住院，然后服用了几种静脉抗生素（以及许多额外的药物）试图杀死感染。外科医生说，沙拉门氏菌中毒影响了目前已经化粪池的膀胱，我于 2018 年 5 月 27 日进行了手术。由于你的意大利面有沙门氏菌的定位，我预计我的医院账单全额赔偿加上我的损失的工资。我愿意讨论庭外解决办法，因为我完全打算聘请一名人身伤害律师来接管我的案件。

Me and my partner ate at around 1:30 PM. We both had the chips and salsa as common items. I had the stacked chicken enchiladas. I began to exhibit diahreah around 10 PM and violent vomiting expulsion of the food at 2:30AM.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
