I ate there on December 21st, 2017 in West Memphis Arkansas at McDonald's on Petro Rd. Last night around 11pm i ordered 2 quarter pounders about 5 minutes after i ate i became extremely sick throwing up first turning into diarrhea and not to mention I'm 32wks… 更多

Ate lunch on Dec. 8, 2017, picked food up and ate 10 minutes later. Had the southwest spicy chicken salad with creamy salsa dressing and the pepitas sprinkled on, no tortilla strips. Also had the 8pc nuggets, of which I only ate two. Started having upset stomach… 更多
