My daughter ate a bowl with carnitas black beans and brown rice. 3 hours later she started feeling cramps. About 30 minutes later, she vomited a ton. She felt better for a couple hours, went to sleep, but then woke up vomiting. Hopefully we are done...:  | 症状: 呕吐

Had a 6 piece mcnugget and a quarter pounder bout 1030am. 1030pm that night fever sweating vomiting diahrea. Its been 4 days im still sick as a dog. Lost 15 lbs.
Going to doctor  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and cookie and one bite of a burger as part of the $5 meal #4. Not but a few hours later I started getting horribly sick. The burger tasted off so I didn't finish it. Upon closer inspection it turned out to be quite green. Ew.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在晚上 7 点左右和 30 分吃了一个带奶酪的小吃者，还有炸薯条。我因严重的腹部疼痛而生病了大约 4 个小时，呕吐了大约一个小时。今天凌晨 4 点左右我把所有食用的食物都扔掉之后，疼痛就停止了。这是我多年来最严重的食物中毒
